THE HAVEN
This long, single-story modern home is currently being curated as a full overhaul from the ground up. The design emphasizes a cozy yet contemporary aesthetic, with an open floor plan that encourages entertaining and effortless living. Expansive windows frame the surrounding trees and flood the interiors with natural light, while a pitched roof and careful material selections add warmth and character. Key features include a full master wing, a spacious kitchen with massive sliding glass doors leading to a pool patio, and a versatile game room. The project captures the balance of high-end modern design with comfortable, livable spaces, highlighting thoughtful layout, FF&E, and exterior/interior material curation.

Residential Primary Bathroom
This remodel transformed a dated, oversized space into a sophisticated, spa-like retreat. Outdated 80’s tile, floral accents, and carpet were removed to make way for clean, elevated finishes, including a full slab shower with a glass end cap, heated floors, and a double vanity. The ceiling was raised to enhance volume, while new windows brought in natural light. A freestanding tub with a wall-mounted filler and a nickel gap shiplap wall paired with a half-tiled accent wall add textural interest and modern luxury. Every detail was curated to create a bright, airy, and serene bathroom that balances functionality with timeless elegance.

Commercial Office Space
This commercial office space was a ground-up reconstruction that was reimagined to create a functional, visually striking environment. The project included three distinct meeting areas, a café, private offices, and ample storage, all integrated seamlessly into the new layout. A moody palette, dramatic accent lighting, and large-scale murals give the space personality and depth, creating an inspiring atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Every design choice was intentional, balancing aesthetic impact with practicality to deliver a modern, sophisticated workspace that supports collaboration, focus, and daily operations.

THE RETREAT
This primary bathroom remodel transformed the space into a luxurious, true ensuite designed for both elegance and everyday functionality. The layout was reimagined to expand the footprint, creating room for a large vanity, a marble tub surround, a spacious shower, and additional storage. High-end materials, including oversized marble slabs and a floating walnut vanity, reinforce the clean, minimal aesthetic. Every detail was carefully considered to balance sophistication with comfort, resulting in a serene and highly functional retreat that feels timeless and elevated.
UNDERWATER OASIS
Commercial Lighting
This lighting design for a sushi restaurant draws inspiration from the serenity and fluidity of the underwater world. Dark, moody illumination contrasts with exposed brick walls, creating depth and atmosphere throughout the space. Carefully curated pendants and Japanese-inspired fixtures introduce subtle sculptural elements, while dynamic blue lighting washes across textured walls to evoke the gentle movement of water. Every layer of light was designed to enhance the dining experience, balancing intimacy with visual intrigue, and reinforcing the restaurant’s sophisticated yet playful aesthetic.
